Running my own business has always been important to me so I set my standards high based upon my professionalism and integrity. Over the years I have seen many changes, from the products and tools available on the market to the rise of DIY television programmes that have encouraged people to add value and improve their living environment, but the thing that has not changed, is the requirement to provide value and a professional finish to work completed.
A large proportion of my customers are repeat customers so I’m confident I’m delivering a good service. In this industry it’s important to be founded on integrity and quality. I’ve witnessed firsthand cowboy builders who’s work I’ve been called in to repair and large companies who’s charges represent high overheads but not necessarily quality of work, so it is important for the customer to take their time when selecting a tradesmen.
